Role Overview
As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for the on-site execution of interior finish installations, ensuring the highest level of workmanship and accuracy. You will collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and designers to ensure each project meets TAG’s standards of excellence in both function and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute installation of millwork, cabinetry, doors, and/or flooring systems according to project specifications and shop drawings.
- Review and interpret construction documents, ensuring precise alignment with design intent.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment on site.
- Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with TAG’s quality benchmarks.
- Identify and communicate technical challenges, proposing effective solutions in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry, millwork, or flooring installation (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of materials, tools, and installation methods related to architectural finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive work attitude.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to job site regulations.
- Availability to travel or work on-site across various project locations, as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct inspections throughout the production process to maintain quality consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Troubleshoot production issues and assist in process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a production, woodworking, or millwork environment (2+ years preferred).

- Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including meeting notes, schedules, submittals, and change orders.
- Identify potential delays or issues and proactively communicate solutions to stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with client requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project coordination, construction, or architecture-related environments (2+ years preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English; bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.
